Companion Plants by 1000Seeds: Pole Bean Buenos Aires Rojo
The pole beans Buenos Aires grow on poles and develop a medium leaf density, which makes it possible to create a good screen. The beans are brown when dried and have reddish speckles. The pods grow to about 19-22 cm long. They are easy to care for and do not need any further care apart from sufficient water and loosening the soil from time to time.
All bean species enrich the soil with solid nitrogen from the air and are thus excellent partner plants for cannabis but also for carrots, potatoes, beets, strawberries, radishes, peas, maize, aubergines and cucumbers.
