Companion Plants by 1000Seeds Peppermint Seeds
Peppermint exudes an intense aroma that helps mask the smell of cannabis plants. The plants have long been used as a remedy for digestive problems, stomach ailments, gall bladder problems and to promote kidney function thanks to their valuable essential oils. The smell attracts beneficial beetles and bees while keeping away fleas, mice and aphids. Regular cutting of the plants encourages their growth and makes them bushier, so they are good for visually camouflaging smaller cannabis plants.
Avoid the plants forming seeds by pruning. As soon as seeds develop, the aroma of the plants weakens.
