CANNA Potassium (K20%), 1 L

Canna Potassium is used as a flower stimulant and potassium deficiency remedy.It contains 20% K2O(m/m) and is chloride free.
Potassium is a vital nutrient for the plant. It is responsible for flowering, protein and carbohydrate synthesis, water balance and the transport of water and nutrients in the plant. Potassium is immediately absorbed by the plant. Potassium directly strengthens cell tissue, increases resistance and promotes the quality and quantity of flowers.
Potassium in concentrated form must not be mixed with fertilisers containing calcium or magnesium.

Potassium deficiency can be recognised by the following symptoms:

• Dieback and discolouration of the leaf margins to yellow/brown
• Leaf tips curl up.

Dosage: 1:1000 1:500
Note from Juan: A good fertiliser contains all the necessary nutrients in the right proportions.
Over-fertilising potassium can then lead to calcium and magnesium deficiencies. Therefore, be careful when dosing! It is best to take into account when you last repotted, how the growth media (e.g. soil) was pre-fertilised, and which fertiliser products you added in which dosage.
