Blue Monkey is a cross between GORILLA GLUE #4 and a hybrid created from Black Domina and Blueberry, which was subsequently stabilised over several generations.

The plants, which easily reach a height of 2 metres, first spread laterally indoors and form many strong branches, which makes it sensible to use the ScrOG method. Due to the growth structure, one should not expect more than 5 plants per square metre. It can take a while until flowering, but the time from then until harvest is only 9 weeks. The buds spread over all branches and become so dense and heavy that the plants have to be supported at the end. The high resin production lends itself to extractions.

Outdoors, it should be exposed to direct sunlight, the more light it receives from all sides, the higher the yields. By mid-October, you get yields of around 800 g and more per plant.

This highly aromatic feminised cannabis strain alternates between fruity sweet notes and earthy undertones. The effect starts out calming for the mind and later transforms into a strong body relaxation, helpful for medicinal applications for muscle spasms and chronic inflammations.
