The Big Bud strain has long been considered a highly potent medicinal strain. Big Bud Automatic is now the latest version of this popular strain. It is a vigorous, easy-to-grow plant that flowers automatically and produces large heavy buds. Big Bud Auto is White Label's highest yielding automatic strain. The original Big Bud clone came to Holland from the USA in 1980. It was a robust Afghan-Skunk hybrid variety with incredibly large flowers.

The Big Bud Automatic is in no way inferior to the original in terms of effect and taste. It has kept its compact structure and fast flowering and has become one of the most popular automatic strains on the market.

The plants start flowering after about 6-8 weeks. This potent Indica strain produces the main part of the harvest on the main stem and upper branches. Big Bud Automatic must not be topped, as its vegetative growth phase is short. Because of the automatically starting flowering phase, one cannot influence the final growth height of the plants by changing the lighting time. The maximum size of the plants is genetically predetermined.

After 7 to 9 weeks of flowering, the plants have usually reached a height of 90-130 cm and are loaded with heavy, ripe and resinous Indica buds. It may therefore be necessary to support the shoots of Big Bud Automatic at the end of the flowering phase so that they do not break under their own weight.

After drying, the huge, glistening bud clusters of Big Bud Automatic unfold a versatile flavour reminiscent of her Afghani and Skunk ancestors: sweet, pungent, fruity and musky aromas with a fresh hashish undertone blend together. The resinous trichomes that coat the buds lead to a strong physical effect, rounded off by a cerebral high.
