The Katrina fan box from Vents consists, among other things, of a sound insulation box that ensures super-quiet operation even during intensive use. The fan box is made of aluminium and zinc and is very robust and resistant to impacts. Even when an active carbon filter is used at the same time, optimum performance is ensured and the noise level is minimal. The interior is insulated with polystyrene foam. The motor is a single-phase induction motor with strat capacitor and ball bearings. The fan blades are forward curved and made of galvanised steel. This allows a larger flow rate than axial models and provides enough power even for long ducts and additional activated carbon filters.

The Katrina fan box can be hung vertically or horizontally on the ceiling, wall or floor using the supplied brackets. One of the most powerful fans with minimal noise.
